Co-Chief Executive of Barclays Capital
Co-Chief Executive of Corporate & Investment Banking

Mr. Ricci is Co-Chief Executive of Barclays Capital and Co-Chief Executive of Corporate & Investment Banking. He is a member of both the Barclays Group and Barclays Capital Executive Committees.

Prior to his appointment as Co-Chief Executive, Mr. Ricci was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Corporate & Investment Banking and Wealth Management, encompassing Barclays Corporate, Barclays Capital and Barclays Wealth.

Mr. Ricci joined the firm in 1994 and went on to assume responsibility for several of the support areas within Barclays Capital. He was appointed COO of Barclays Global Investors (BGI) and a member of the BGI Executive Committee in December 2002. In January 2005, Mr. Ricci was appointed COO of Investment Banking and Investment Management, incorporating Barclays Capital, Barclays Wealth and BGI.

Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Ricci held senior front office, finance and technology positions at the Bank of Boston and the Bank of New England.

Mr. Ricci holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Creighton University.
