Head of Distribution

Guglielmo Sartori di Borgoricco is a Managing Director and Head of Distribution at Barclays Capital, based in London. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and UK/EMEA Charities Committee. He is also the firm’s global diversity champion and Chair of the Global Diversity Council.

Mr. Sartori di Borgoricco joined the firm in April 2004 as Head of European Distribution, after 12 years at Credit Suisse First Boston where his most recent role was Co-Head of European Distribution. He held a variety of other roles at CSFB/Credit Suisse Financial Products, including European Head of Derivatives Marketing and Head of Fixed Income Sales and Derivatives Marketing, Southern Europe.

Prior to that, Mr. Sartori di Borgoricco spent three and a half years at Midland Montagu where he was a risk manager in the swaps and derivatives area. At Montagu he traded ITL and DEM interest rate swaps and options and set up the trading operations in Madrid and Tokyo.

He has a degree in International Economics from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
