Barclays Infrastructure Funds

The Infrastructure business manages investments in social infrastructure projects sponsored by the Government under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) programmes. To date, we have raised over £1 billion under management across five funds and invested in over 190 projects throughout Europe. We focus on primary (new build) and operating projects across school, hospital, local authority and government accommodation sectors. Income is received on an availability basis under a government-backed covenant.
