Margining

We offer a variety of margin methodologies across asset classes that can be configured to meet our clients’ needs, including margin netting through a Global Netting Agreement (GNA) across Barclays legal entities. Cross-Margin Global Netting provides margin netting across product lines to deliver a single margin call. The initial margin generated by GNA reflects the portfolio diversification benefits across underlying master agreements, rather than the sum of the risk under each separate product line or individual master agreement.
